Dear Kiwi friends and family!

I just wanted to share with you how wonderful it was a few weekends ago to meet again with some Rotary Exchange Students I met in NZ in 1992 - 93! It was exceptional. We had the chance to visit Bodil in Norway, we were 5 of us (Ariana, from Switzerland, Elina from Finland, Tanya from Canada, Bodil from Norway and myself). You surely saw some pictures on Facebook... Not from me, because I am a bit lazy with social media, I sneak on your lives, but do not post much of my life...

So anyway, AGAIN, more than 25 years later, THANK YOU so much to the ROTARY CLUB, and you wonderful host families, counsellors, and friends from school, for making this a wonderful experience for me! When we say it is an experience that changes one's life... it is certainly true! 25 years later, I left kids and husband behind for a crazy, lovely, exciting weekend in Norway. (and came back announcing them I would do it again haha!)  We spent most of our time remembering our year, our host parents, brothers and sisters, counsellors, friends, school teachers...  looking at pictures and laughing! (plus some sightseeing, and a little wine drinking of course).

Hopefully we make our next meeting in NZ ...  and if not, please let me know if you ever come near where I live (it was wonderful to catch up with Jim and Pam a few years ago!)... NZ will always have a special place in my heart and I would love to see all of you soon ! (looking at some of your pictures also... makes me wish I would live near the beach !).

Hugs and kisses, Marie-Eve
