Rotary Papakura Educational Scholarships: Applications Now Open for 2026!
For three decades, the Rotary Club of Papakura has proudly invested in the future of our community by offering vital educational scholarships. We are thrilled to announce that applications for the 2026 Rotary Papakura Educational Scholarships are now officially open!
Through our dedicated Educational Trust, the Rotary Club of Papakura aims to alleviate the financial burden of tertiary education for deserving students within the Papakura District. These scholarships are designed to empower young individuals to pursue their academic aspirations and unlock their full potential.
Who is eligible to apply?
We invite applications from students who meet the following criteria:
- Age: Under 21 years of age.
- Residency: Live within the school zones of Papakura High School or Rosehill College. (Students attending other schools but demonstrating strong ties to the Papakura area are also encouraged to apply.)
- Academic Potential: Possess the potential to successfully undertake an approved tertiary course.
What do we look for in applicants?
Scholarships are awarded based on a holistic assessment of:
- Academic Achievement: A strong record of scholastic excellence.
- Sporting and Cultural Involvement: Participation and achievement in sports, arts, and other cultural activities.
