Get ready to put on your festive attire and celebrate a successful year of service! The annual Rotary Club of Papakura Christmas Function is just around the corner, and we are excited to confirm all the details for this year's lunch at a spectacular location.

We're heading to the Double Tree Hilton in Karaka on Sunday, November 30, 2025, for an afternoon of wonderful company, delicious food, and holiday cheer.

The Details You Need to Know

The day kicks off with guest arrivals at 12:00 PM (Noon), giving us time to mingle and catch up before lunch is served promptly at 1:00 PM.

Your ticket covers a delicious Christmas Lunch set at $65 per person, with beautiful festive decorations already confirmed for the tables to get us into the holiday spirit. For drinks, a cash bar will be available.

In addition to the wonderful meal, we will be hosting our popular Christmas Raffle with some fantastic prizes up for grabs—so remember to bring along some extra cash to participate and support the club!

RSVP is Crucial—Don't Delay!

Our event planner, Donna Cox, needs to lock in our final numbers with the venue, and we must confirm a minimum of 30 guests to proceed.

The absolute final deadline to RSVP is Monday, November 16, 2025.
