Please, please, please consider lending a hand! We are calling on our wonderful members (and partners!) to support a truly rewarding event next month.
The Hauora Special Needs Inclusion Days are back at Bruce Pulman Park on Wednesday, 10th June and Thursday, 11th June. Run once again by Tracey Lee Dalton and her amazing team of specialist helpers, this program does incredible work in our community.
Our Role
If you helped us last year, you already know the drill! Our main task is to man the doors to ensure all the participants stay safe inside the venue. It is not a difficult or stressful task, and as the saying goes: many hands make light work. > Bonus: We will be working alongside local Wardens and Community Patrollers, so it’s a fantastic opportunity to meet new, like-minded people who care about our community.
The Details
- When: Wednesday 10th June & Thursday 11th June
- Time: 8:50 AM (for the morning briefing) until approx. 1:30 PM

How to Volunteer
Peter Wilcock is taking the lead for us on these days. It is a deeply worthwhile program and a great experience to be a part of.
Please give Peter a call on 027 285 1763 to lock in which day (or days!) you or your partner can assist. Your support is greatly appreciated!
